“Together for personal development” (Zaedno za Lichnostno Razvitie) is a year-old non-profit organization. Before officially becoming an NGO, the organization’s members have worked together informally, aiming to introduce self-development of all members in their respective professional areas – agriculture, informal education and internet technologies. After achieving a balanced working environment, and having decided to start a program for funding ideas and projects, they decided to officially register a non-profit organization for public benefit, which now serves as a candidate of the current project offering.
The constitutive act has been formalized and signed by 7 people, who live in the rural area of Rakovski Municipality. Five of them are young entrepreneurs under the age of 33, while two are involved in projects under Measure 112 “Setting up of young farmers” from the European Rural Development Fund 2007-2013. In addition, five people are involved in agricultural entrepreneurship, and two are creating, evaluating and managing EU funded projects.
In order to raise awareness of the organization and execution of both formal and informal education, three of the members have completed educational courses under measure 111 “Vocational training and information actions”, while five have acquired a qualification level via distance learning (930 hours) through a “Human Capital Development” 2007-2013 regional program, executed by the Bulgarian Agency of Employment.

Description
ADPM is a trainer entity accredited with large knowledge on education and training. Is also proprietary of Monte do Vento (farm with about 200 acres) which main aim is to develop demonstration projects based in collaboration with local agricultures on sustainable agroforestry an animal management. Main activities: Organic production of herbs, native Campaniça sheep, olive, fruits (e.i. pomegranate, quince, fig, almond); Permanent bio diverse pastures; Habitat Conservation Actions; Environmental Education Programs; Environmental Tourism Activities.
Also ADPM promote and collaborate in several investigations initiative, demonstration and capacitation projects for local development in rural areas. Through its various activities, ADPM provides vocational training for youth and for adults living in rural countryside. Some of the training courses are part of formal education, while others of the non-formal education.
Each year ADPM give training courses in the field of organic farming to about 60 unemployed people or people who arrived in rural areas and who would like to develop a small activity in the field of organic farming or Medicinal plants.
ADPM is working also with the chamber of agriculture, Educational Institution (regional council), agriculture syndicates etc. to create a real place for a quality vocational offer dedicated to creation of economic activities in the field of sustainable development.

Associazione NéA
Description
NéA has experience in the management of participatory processes and territorial animation aimed at the creation and consolidation of multi-stakeholder collaborative networks. NéA is currently involved in the creation and implementation of local development projects. Since 2009 NéA has managed and coordinated the participatory process for the creation of the network “Paese Diffuso”, which consists of 25 entities including local governments, cooperatives, educational institutions, volunteer organizations and associations active at regional and national levels, working together for local development and to providing more opportunities for young people in the province of Oristano. Within the project “Paese Diffuso”, NéA manages the following activities:
- Management and coordination of the participatory process that involved 25 partners in the preparation and implementation of the project;
- Territorial Animation, whose main goal was to stimulate interest, participation and involvement of citizens about the issues and activities carried out by the project;
- Management of the Center for Participatory Planning (addressed to governments, cultural associations, public bodies, social enterprises, local authorities, schools and young people) that provides information and support to the project planning and project management and technical expertise for facilitation of multi-stakeholder participatory processes; The Center for Participatory Planning is also aimed to support the associative network and provide a youth information services.
- Creation and management of the Tourist Information Center “InfoPoint Paese Diffuso” for local cultural and environmental promotion.
Within the Center for Participatory Planning and within the Tourist Information Center, in partnership with local public bodies, NéA organizes training courses for young people, young adults and volunteers in several areas: Marketing, Tourism Promotion and Web skills.
Moreover NéA participates with other local associations and public bodies in initiatives and projects to promoting entrepreneurship among young people in the various sectors (cultural, environmental, social and recreational).
NéA also has experience in the field of intercultural and youth mobility through participation in Erasmus+ projects (Youth Exchanges and European Voluntary Service, as sending and coordinating organization).

Younet has been involved in two projects related to social farming where it had the chance to develop experience and best practice about it. The project “Sogni d’Orto” was the youth initiave during with a social educational garden was deveoped and installed in YouNet headquarter in Bologna.
The project “Re/Discovery Channel” was a 2-years learning partnership in which organizations from 4 countries shared the best practices from their countries about ecovillages and social farming.
YouNet has wide experience in the non-formal and informal education and uses regularly such methods in its activties. Younet has experience in learning outcomes validation, especially for what concern the youhtpass.

INSTITUTO EUROAFRICANO DE JUVENTUD
Description
Instituto Euroafricano de Juventud is a non-governmental organization that was created in 2011 in Melilla, a Spanish city in North Africa. We have legal recognition of the Spanish government and the government of Melilla. Our main objective is to work for the welfare of the youth of Melilla, Spain and Europe. We want to offer more educational, employment and leisure opportunities.
In the Instituto Euroafricano we are making 2 projects in this moment: ARTS QUARTER (BARRIO DE LAS ARTES) and IF WE PARTICIPATE WE IMPROVE ALL (SI PARTICIPAMOS, MEJORAMOS TODOS).
“ARTS QUARTER”
In 2011, there was a social and vandalism movement leaded by young people in the districts IV and V of Melilla. Young people were complaining about the lack of employment and opportunities, so they decided to produce molotov cocktails. This situation end up opening all national news. We do not have a magic wand to end with unemployment, but we want to contribute together with our European partners and make those young people to understand that there are alternatives to violence and they can be protagonist in solving their own problems, both personal and collective.
In order to contribute, we will propose to the residents of these neighborhoods, young artists and citizens predisposed to participate, to cooperate actively with us to improve their own environment, through measures such as rehabilitation of buildings´ facade and green spaces always from a social and artistic perspective. Therefore, the Instituto Euroafricano wants to do this project, whose great activity would be to hold an international meeting in Melilla, which proposes to undertake a regeneration and rehabilitation of neighborhoods of districts IV and V, as well as the city as a whole, by the combination of active and democratic participation, art, culture, training and architecture, with the objective of achieving urban regeneration.
“IF WE PARTICIPATE WE IMPROVE”
On one hand we take charge of free legal advice to entities and young people. On the other hand it is a project whose main aims are to promote multiculturalism and youth exchanges of Melilla with the rest of Europe, for that geographical borders are not an obstacle that prohibit mobility and opportunities for young people. We’ll organize meetings in different parts of the European Union. In these meetings they were on a specific topic and through seminars, lectures, visits and nonformal education.

Description
People to People Serbia is a civic platform open to young people regardless of their economic, social, religious or cultural background.
We focus mainly on youth participation, educational programmes, intercultural understanding, entrepreneurship, employability, human rights, but also art, sport and culture which we more often utilize as the working method, too. Within our activities, we promote and apply principles of volunteering, social inclusion, equality in human dignity, participation and empowerment of minorities, active initiatives, non-formal education and informal learning.
On the international level, we have a stable experience as a reliable partner organisation and we also organize our own educational projects.
Our organization has previous experience with the topic of this application. We participated in the writing and implementation of project with a similar theme. We will do our best to contribute positively to the development and execution of the project.

Allons-y is a non profit association founded for young people in 2013. Our main aims and activities are: informing young people in the fields of civic education, health programs, human rights; educating young people in the spirit of democracy, tolerance and diversity; promoting self-fulfilment and personal development of young people through educational programmes of the European Union and developing non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, international cooperation and active civil society.
Our activities that are based on a set of values developed during the time are increased by the experience of our team: multiculturalism, volunteerism, tolerance, personal development, teamwork. Accordingly with these principles, the mission that we assume is to educate the young people in the spirit of active citizenship and to support the social integration of the youth in the community through non-formal education tools.From the beginning, we aimed to create concrete opportunities for young people in order to develop and adapt themselves to current and future challenges. With this goal, the direction of the projects carried out till now aimed at preparing them to become “young Europeans” with benefits and responsibilities involved.
Our NGO developed and was partner in Training Courses witch had aims to provide youth leaders and entrepreneurs, applied knowledge on how to spark an entrepreneurial spirit among young people and how to run quality youth projects, which could help to revert the negative trend of growing youth unemployment in Europe. We focus mainly on youth participation, intercultural understanding, active citizenship, entrepreneurship, but also art and culture which we more often utilize as the working method, too. Modern Youth Public Union (MYPU) is non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in February 2005 and officially registered in May 2008. As non-profit organization MYPU’s main activity strategy based on grants, awards by different local and international donors. Since the time of the establishment MYPU successfully co-operated with Youth and Sport Directorate of the Council of Europe, European Youth Foundation, SALTO – YOUTH, Globalfund, Ministry of Youth and Sport etc. The main aim of establishment of MYPU is to contribute active participation of the youth of the country in the international projects and the youth of the world in our country, to arrange new projects, to attract youth position at the social works, to enlighten them, to contribute to the solution of problems that community faces, to improve well-being of vulnerable population. MYPU is active in different areas such as youth, children, education, conflict resolution, human rights, and preservation of the cultural heritage. Hellenic Youth Participation
Description
Hellenic Youth Participation (based in Athens, Greece) stands for intercultural dialogue, non-formal education, mutual understanding and solidarity. The main aim of the group is to inspire and stimulate European citizens to become active parts of their local and European community. We wish to motivate young people to become involved and to raise awareness about current values like equal opportunities, social inclusion and cultural diversity. Through our projects we aim at the promotion of non-formal differentiated learning and the importance of personal development. HYP is active on a local, national and European level.
The main activities of the organization are to organize trainings and sessions with young people through non-formal education techniques. We organize projects of different disciplines to make sure that everyone is involved. Some of our recent activities involve a six-day project about cultural diversity and a three-day project about sustainability which were both held in the Greek islands. We are currently working on a monthly activity in Athens where educators from different fields can present their work through non-formal education to participants of all ages.

“VOICE OF THE YOUTH”

“VOICE OF THE YOUTH” is an association created entirely in the name of the development of the young people in Bulgaria, who are willing and able to realize their potential through community initiatives, commitment and realization of ideas, according to their capabilities in a common cause.
The motto of the Association was initially made of it`s members as follows:
“Listen to the younger generation, it has something to say!”
“VOICE OF THE YOUTH” was founded in 2007 , which is represented by it`s structure in Plovdiv.We have Chairman, Board of Directors consisting of 7 persons and Expert Council (32 people), which governs the structure throughout the country and all of it`s working groups. There are regional structures in Burgas, Sofia, Plovdiv, Ruse, Varna, Svishtov and others. Currently the Association “VOICE OF THE YOUTH” has about 3000 members and over 14,000 friends and followers in their groups and on websites. Our cause is to help us realize the enormous potential that lies in the people at our age. We want to give them the opportunity to them, to stimulate all the young people to prove theirself and to the society that our voice should be heard and that chance should be given on showing their capabilities.
Under the patronage of the Association are operating many interest clubs:
